HEIGHTMAXXED

Genetics sets your range. Habits decide where you land.

HeightMaxxed projects your adult height with the methods doctors actually use. About 20% of growth comes down to habits, and the daily plan helps you claim it: the top of your potential, with a chance of landing even higher.

01 · How it works

Three steps. No mystery.

No account, no quiz theatrics. The setup exists only to feed the maths.

Enter your details

Age, height, sex at birth, and your parents’ heights. Two minutes, straight into the calculation.

See your range

The engine places you on the CDC growth curves and projects your adult height as an honest range, with the reasoning shown instead of hidden behind “AI”.

Train and track

A short daily session of posture, decompression and strength work that levels up as you go. Log your height once a week and watch your curve against the projection.

02 · Inside the app

Built like an instrument, not a quiz.

Four screens carry the whole loop: see the projection, do the day’s work, fuel it, and log the week’s number.

Your projection, always current

Your range, your percentile and your curve live on one screen. Every weekly log feeds them, so you always know where you stand and what the top of your potential looks like.

A session that fits the day

Posture, decompression and strength in a short checklist that levels up as you stay consistent. Tick it off, keep the streak, come back tomorrow.

Fuel the 20%

Daily targets for protein, calcium and vitamin D, food suggestions that hit them, and supplement pointers when something stays low. It only ever adds; nothing here restricts.

One number a week

Measure the same way at the same time each week and log it in seconds. The line answers the question that matters: are you tracking toward the top of your range?

Screens shown with sample data.

03 · The method

The same maths your doctor uses.

No proprietary black box: two published clinical methods, applied carefully.

CDC growth references (LMS)

The same growth charts on the wall of the doctor’s office. Your age, sex and height become a percentile, and your projection follows that curve instead of a guess.

Tanner mid-parental target

Height runs in families. Your parents’ heights set the genetic target zone your curve is read against, using the formula doctors have trusted since the 1970s.

The 20% that belongs to you.

Around 80% of adult height is written by genetics. The other 20% is shaped by habits: sleep, nutrition, posture and training while you’re still growing. That slice is exactly what HeightMaxxed trains, daily and measurably, so you can reach the top of your potential. And a projection is an estimate, not a ceiling: some people land even higher.

If you’re already grown (>23 years old), the app tells you the truth: growth plates closed means the work shifts to posture and standing height, not skeletal growth.

04 · What you get

Train the 20% you control.

Genetics sets the range; daily habits decide where in it you land. Everything in the app exists to help you claim that 20% and reach the top of your potential.

Weekly measurement log

Height moves millimetres a week and swings a centimetre through the day, so the app measures weekly, at a consistent time: the cadence where real change beats noise.

Leveled daily programme

Posture, decompression and strength sessions that start where you are and level up as you stay consistent. Built for showing up daily, not for heroics.

Growth-supportive nutrition

Plain guidance on what a growing body needs more of: protein, calcium, vitamin D and the routines around them. It only ever adds. No restriction, no calorie counting, ever.

Optional cloud backup

Off by default. Flip it on and your history survives a lost phone. You sign in with an emailed link, restore anywhere, and can delete the backup any time.

05 · Privacy

Computed on your phone. Kept on your phone.

Your height history is health data, and the app is built like it: predictions are calculated on-device, and your data stays there unless you deliberately switch backup on. There’s no account to create and nothing watching you use it.

  • 0analytics SDKs
  • 0ad networks
  • 0third-party trackers

Backup, if you turn it on, stores your history so you can restore it, nothing else, and it’s deletable in two taps. The privacy policy is short and written in plain language.

06 · FAQ

Fair questions.

The honest answers, including the ones a marketing page usually dodges.

Does it work for adults?

Honestly: your bones are done growing, and HeightMaxxed won’t pretend otherwise. After the growth plates close, no exercise changes skeletal height. What adults do have is posture and spinal compression. Most people stand below their full standing height, and lose more through the day as the spine compresses. Adult mode measures exactly that, and trains posture and decompression so you consistently stand at the height you already have.

How accurate is the prediction?

As good as the clinical standard it’s built on, and honest about the limits. CDC percentile tracking and the Tanner mid-parental method are the same starting point doctors use, and like any forecast of a growing body they carry real uncertainty, which is why you see a range rather than a single number. The app plots your measured curve against the projection, so you can judge it against reality as you go.

Is my data private?

Yes. Predictions run on your phone, and the app contains no analytics, ad or tracking SDKs. Cloud backup is off by default; if you enable it, your history is stored only so you can restore it, and you can delete it whenever you like. The details are in the privacy policy.

What ages is it for?

Thirteen and up. For teens, the app projects adult height while growth is still happening; for adults, it switches honestly to posture and standing height.

Is this medical advice?

No. HeightMaxxed is an educational and wellness tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and it’s no substitute for medical care. If you’re worried about growth, development or nutrition, that’s a conversation for a doctor who can actually examine you.
