Privacy Policy

HeightMaxxed (“the app”, “we”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS]. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@heightmaxxed.com.
The short version
- Your height data is stored on your phone and predictions are calculated there.
- We use no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
- Cloud backup is optional and off by default. Nothing leaves your device unless you turn it on.
- You can delete your cloud backup, or all your data, at any time from inside the app.
What the app stores
You provide this during setup and while using the app. It is written to your device’s local storage:

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, health-app records, or advertising identifiers.
Why we need it
Every field feeds the prediction. Date of birth and sex select the correct CDC growth reference; parents’ heights set the genetic target; habits adjust where in that range you are likely to land; logged measurements track actual progress. Ethnicity is optional, is used for context only, and does not change your prediction. If you do not provide a field, the corresponding feature simply does not work.
Where GDPR applies, our legal basis is consent for optional cloud backup and performance of a contract for delivering the app’s core function.
Optional cloud backup
Cloud backup exists so reinstalling your phone doesn’t erase your history. It is off until you enable it. If you enable it:
- You give an email address, used only to sign in and restore your data. No password, no marketing email.
- A copy of the data listed above is stored on servers operated by Supabase, our hosting processor.
- Access is restricted by row-level security so that only your signed-in account can read your data.
- You can delete the cloud copy at any time (Settings → Cloud backup → Delete my cloud backup) without affecting the app on your phone.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active; it receives a pseudonymous app user ID and your purchase status, not your health data.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push server and do not send marketing notifications.
Children and teenagers
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over, and for users under the age of majority only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact support@heightmaxxed.com and we will delete it.
If you are under 18, please review this policy with a parent or guardian before enabling cloud backup or purchasing a subscription.
Sharing
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only with the processors named above (Supabase for optional backup, RevenueCat plus Apple/Google for subscriptions), or where we are legally required to disclose it.
Retention
Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud backups are kept while your account exists; delete the backup or ask us to remove your account and the copy is erased.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. In-app you can already erase everything (Settings → Reset all data) and delete your cloud backup. For anything else, email support@heightmaxxed.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Not medical advice
HeightMaxxed is an educational and wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and its predictions are ranges based on published population methods — not guarantees. Talk to a doctor about any concern regarding growth or development.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
